Thanks for sharing the whole video. I hadn't seen it...although I did see a piece on one of our morning news shows about this yesterday. Pretty eye-opening, huh?!...That's why I wrote a poem years ago called "I Love Me!" I wanted to focus on my good and the things I loved about me, instead of the bad, and the things I couldn't change anyway. It was very freeing. :-)
