Blue Heaven Macarons.

My first attempt at macarons. Not quite right, but they still taste very nice. I don't think I beat the mixture enough until it was a bit runnier, and probably should have let them set for a little longer before I baked them. Vanilla macaron with white chocolate ganache filling. I call them "Blue Heaven".

    @Mynx no they aren't. I've found a lot of good recipes out there. there are lots of tuts on YouTube as well. Some recipes are complicated, but the simple ones are just as yummy. I think the main thing to master is the consistency of the mix so it pipes easily, and sets with a nice shell before you bake them.
